Once the instructions are followed, there will be no need for an exclusive computer for holdcast, since you can use the system within the normal service flow of your company.

• Pentium processor or AMD equivalent above 900MHz
• soundcard installed and configured
• speakers with P2 outlet (optional)
• RAM memory: 256 Mb
• RAM free memory: 32 Mb
• Hard-disk free space: 70 Mb (minimum recommended)
• Audio cable connected to PABX of the computer that will receive system
• PBX configured for external music on-hold
• internet access, broadband preferable
• Proxy configurations free for adequate communication from the system to HOLDLINE servers.
The system is compatible with main telephone centers, including Asterisk.
