We record with professional quality the audio of your DISA auto attendant card.

The messages can be sent by us or recorded in our studio. With up to 20 seconds of duration, the messages can contain: "You called XYXZ. Press 4 for sales, 5 for management, 6 for billing or wait for an operator."

All you have to do is send us the microchips from the cards. Special prices for partners and resellers.

IVR- interactive voice response

It's a totally automated system that gives personalized information in real time, taken from the data base, without having to go through an attendant. It is used specially for access to bank information, credits for pre-paid cell phones, and for other services as well.

The auto attendant is a card existing in the PABX that picks up the calls even before the operator. The message can be a simple greeting and ask for a moment until the operator picks up, or offer options for redirecting the call.

This function personalizes the call, manages the calls and makes communication between client and company much faster.
